I completed my B.Com (Hons) and MBA (Marketing) from Sathya Sai University. I have over 14 years of experience in BPO/IT industries in multiple roles as a Information Analyst, Team Lead and finally as a Delivery Manager of a Global application delivery team  at DXC Technology (formerly HP).

 

The highlights of my career have been scaling a rural BPO center from 10 to over 60 members in 3 months; managing end-to-end IT delivery through a team of over 30 members across 6-7 countries in a multi-cultural environment. I have also won the 'Outstanding Leadership' and 'Above & Beyond' Awards during my stint at HPE.

 

My functional skills fitting into 3H Catalyst  (tied to my areas of interest) would be soft skills and interpersonal skills training on topics like Leadership, Emotional intelligence, Communication, decision-making, negotiation, Digital Marketing, cyber security etc. I am very passionate about helping others find themselves by motivating them and I strongly believe the best place to start is at the schools and colleges of our country.
