I started my career in a nationalized bank in Chennai and then moved on to be one of the first few members of the first private bank in India. I had the opportunity to be one of the few certified trainers for `Selling Skills for Bankers’ program from Achieve Global in 2003; and `Certified Master Trainer’ in 2004.   I then moved on to take up the role as Head of Learning and Development with BankDhofar, Muscat, Oman in 2006, where I set up the Bank’s state of art training centre and introduced new programs to develop the knowledge and skills of the employees.

My passion to help youngsters identify their skills and build their careers, led me to complete a global certification 'CAMI globally Certified Psychometric Testing Professional’. As an independent consultant, I have been working with students across colleges individually to help them in career counselling and psychometric assessments.

Selling Skills, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Time Management and Critical Thinking are my core interest areas.
