I have built up my professional career spanning over 4 decades in various capacities, including Board level positions for well over 15 years.

Widely traveled globally , my forte is Technology Transfers in Multi Business & Multi location Environments, both in India & Overseas with many accolades to my credit. I played a vital role, as a member of Kirloskar Group which engaged with Toyota Group, in forging Kirloskar -Toyota joint ventures in India and in establishing green field projects in & around Bangalore.

My association with Japanese companies started in 1978 initially with Citizen Group and later on with Toyota Group. The two decade plus association with  Japanese Corporations  helped me to develop a deep insight into the core concepts in  Japanese Management practices and  the Techniques.

An incisive and practical approach in Big picture Conceptualization with Integrated Project Planning & deployment onto Ground level Execution with focus on Quality, Cost & Delivery ( QCD), is what I bring onto the table on every assignment I get involved in.

I am passionate in investing a fair share of my time in mentoring young students on personality development with focus on career orientation. I love sharing, guiding & handholding entrepreneurs during startup and in the growth phase.
