The figures are quite similar from Science, Arts, Commerce, and Management courses. The Hon’ble Union Minister for Entrepreneurship and Skill Development has acknowledged that this is a very grave issue and needs immediate action. 3H Catalyst aims to address this at the root by doing systematic training at under-graduation and post-graduation levels.

OUR GOAL
Impact a minimum of 100,000 college students in a span of 3 years by enhancing their employability.

OUR FOCUS

We address the challenge of `employability’ by providing training to the students during the years of graduation through customized courses, minor specialization programs, soft skills and employability skills programs.

The courses are designed in consultation with the academic staff and industry stalwarts.

We aim to work with government colleges and private colleges where the challenges to find good jobs are higher due to inadequate resources. In addition to top notch curriculum designed by us, we have the technological capabilities to extend our assessments to colleges which do not have internet or even computer access.
